We are always looking for high performing Officers with desire to make an organizational impact! Officers assigned to this team will achieve, at a minimum the CG Requirements Manager and DHS Program Manager Level I acquisition professional certifications, with the opportunity to achieve DHS Technology Manager with Requirements Manager Specialization as well as Project Management Professional certification amongst others. It is expected that Officers are at ease and capable of collaboratively engaging Office Chiefs, Flag Officers, Senior Executives, and DHS Staff to articulate operational capability gaps and solutions, and must be able to develop strategic recommendations incorporating operational need, fiscal constraints, and political realities. 

The CG-771 team works across all domains: Surface, Air, Shore Forces, Specialized Capabilities, Intel, C5I, & Cyber to support the DHS Joint Requirements Integration Management System (JRIMS) & analyses across HQ directorates in support of major/non-major acquisitions to field needed capabilities that support CG & Joint DHS operations.

Our work receives high level visibility and directly influences annual ~$1.5B Procurement Construction & Improvements(PC&I) budget execution decisions.
