Foreign Vessels Denied Entry Into U.S. Ports

The Coast Guard may deny entry of certain foreign flagged commercial vessels into any port or place in the United States due to their history of operating in waters subject to U.S. jurisdiction in a substandard condition. Refer to Commandant Instruction 16000.73 – Marine Safety: Port State Control.
