This report contains all deficiencies issued by the U.S Coast Guard to foreign and domestic vessels. The data is from “Closed” MISLE activities and does not include Security , Self-Reported, or Worklist items. The information displayed is also available on the U.S. Coast Guard Port State Information Exchange (PSIX). If there are any discrepancies contact the cognizant OCMI that issued the deficiency.
