To schedule an inspection for certification click on the Coast Guard District where the inspection will take place and contact the closest Officer in Charge, Marine Inspection (OCMI). If you have questions about how to comply with regulatory requirements contact your local OCMI, the nearest District Towing Vessel Safety Specialist or the Coast Guard Towing Vessel National Center of Expertise (TVNCOE).
